The GET Attendant system is impossible to clock into unless you are near an approved work location. “Near” is customer configurable, from as close as .5 miles away to as far as 10+ miles away. When attendants are out of range of a location, it will not show up as an option.

Supports fee and tip collection.

The GET Attendant system completely replaces any point of sale or credit card merchant hardware you currently have in place. All you need is the GET iOS or Android application. Gone are any attachments needed for the electronic device, as the credit card is now scanned in using the device’s camera.

Credit card processing.

You are not required to switch processors but you may want to consider it. We offer a very competitive rate @ 2.69% + $.10 per transaction. Data security is not a worry, as we don’t store any credit card data. Instead, we rely upon the nation’s largest payment processor for our PCI compliance. We also support recording the acceptance of cash for transactions as well as allowing for cash or credit card tips at complimentary valet locations.

Your customers can pay anytime.

Avoid the confusion and back-up at the valet stand as customers try to pay during busy periods. When the customer is issued a digital SMS ticket, they will also be sent a link that will allow them to pay for their parking via a PCI compliant web page. The application clearly indicates customers who have paid in advance, ensuring the process is fast and smooth.

Supports parking validation.

In paid lots, there are many reasons for fee forgiveness: agreements with local businesses, compensation for a poor customer experience, for example. The GET Attendant system supports waiving fees with a simple explanation. Or, to prevent fee forgiveness abuse, you can require a QR code for approval. Fee forgiveness is reflected in both the historical record of the transaction and the nightly report for that night’s transactions.

The GET Attendant System records every part of every transaction in a historical log that records the date, time, and user that parked the car, recorded damage, recorded a note, retrieved the car, and accepted payment. Links to the damage photos and images of the payment receipts are included in the log.

It’s your revenue, you “GET” to keep it.

Valet businesses always run the risk of shrinkage (theft!), even with auditors, who are often ex-attendants or have relationships with the attendants - causing them to be laxer. The GET Attendant system keeps that shrinkage to a minimum. First, it won’t allow attendants to reuse the same ticket number at the same location. Second, we require that a ticket is used for every transaction. Lastly, your nightly report shows every ticket missing from the starting and ending sequence of numbers.

Simplified claims prevention.

Included within the normal workflow of adding clients to the system is the ability to take time-stamped photos of existing damage, removing any chance of your team being falsely accused of the damage. GET Valet offers you the ability to record any damage accidentally caused by you or your team so that your liability is limited only to the damage incurred.

Each location serviced by the GET Attendant system receives a 6-part report detailing: a summary of all transactions, attendant clock-ins and clock-outs, all reports of existing or new damage, financial summary by payment and product type, all ticket validations (waiving of fees) and a detailed ticket section that shows every data point associated with every transaction. This includes park and retrieval times as well as the attendant performing those functions. Specific details regarding all payments, tips, discounts and payment method per transaction are also included.

Day-to-Day Operations Simplified with GET360

Supports email addresses or user IDs for logins.

GET Valet supports both email addresses as well as employee IDs for logging into the GET Attendant system. This accommodates both municipalities that forbid requiring email addresses for employees and smaller operations that don’t have an email system.

SMS ticketing.

While we use paper tickets to associate the keys to the tickets, your customers no longer need to be burdened by keeping track of their paper ticket. Instead, they receive an SMS with a ticket number and the simple instructions to reply with the word ‘GET’ to retrieve their car. Once the car is ready, the customer receives an SMS. This helps eliminate back-ups in the staging area. We also give the attendant the ability to resend the message as needed to keep things moving.

Requested queue.

The requested queue is your one-stop shop for all information about your customers who have asked for their car. The oldest request is on top for a simple “pick from the top” philosophy that all attendants can follow. The iconography on each record tells you who has already paid with Pay Anytime. There are also easy to read indicators as to which cars still need retrieval and which cars are up front waiting for their owner.

Auto assignment of keys to the key box.

The GET Attendant system is flexible in its key assignments. Standard key boxes of 50, 100, 200, as well as any custom quantities, are supported. Each location can be configured to issue key locations randomly or use the last two digits of the ticket number. Key stacking is completely supported. Should your box fill up and the GET Valet system needs to issue a key box number currently in use, it will issue that number with a “–1” appended to it so you know that it is the 2nd set of keys on that hook. If you get really busy and get to 3 sets of keys, it will issue a “-2” and this will continue in perpetuity.

Low training and support costs.

The Get Attendant system takes, on average, 10 minutes to train each team member, and has the lowest customer service tickets per location in the industry. This is no mistake. Our original product was designed by some of the top performers in the User Experience and User Interface Design professions. We don’t just add new features, we design them into our products so you can always expect a good user experience.

Parking queue.

The GET Valet system keeps all of your past and current transactions organized. For your current transactions, we have a Parked Queue feature which lists vehicles received from oldest to newest. As vehicles are requested, they are moved over to the Requested Queue, and all attendants are sent a push notification, helping this queue stay organized with the oldest request on top. As long as the attendants always “pull from the top” from the requested queue, customers will never be serviced out of order. All details about any transaction, from the time the car was received, as well as any events along the way, are available at the tap of a finger in either queue.

Vehicle information capture.

One of the largest challenges in parking vehicles is the lack of actual information we have about those vehicles when we need it. The GET Valet system allows you to start capturing information in the form of recording existing damage for claims management right from the first touch-point. We allow for up to five photos of the exterior showing the incoming condition of the vehicle. In addition, we allow attendants to specifically identify vehicles by taking a photo of the license plate, as well as recording the make, model, year and color. This helps eliminate any mistakes or errors in retrieving a vehicle.

Ability to add notes visible throughout the transaction.

You never know when you'll need to leave a note behind for others that will manage a vehicle. From noting the stall and row number for a car to highlighting the fact that the owner left a caged bird in the passenger seat, the GET Valet Notes feature allows those facts to be recorded and shared and are saved with the historical transaction record that can be recalled at any time.
